Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate, high-tech setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) or equivalent must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience

CCC Certification (ASHA)
