Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our compassionate team. This opportunity offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a relocation package of up to $10,000 for candidates living 50 miles or more from the hospital.

You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized speech and language therapy to patients in a supportive, high‑tech environment. Current licensure or CCC required; Master’s degree preferred; CPR within 30 days; we support growth

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
