Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in New Hampshire seeks a speech-language pathologist to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs. You will administer therapy, monitor progress, and modify treatment as necessary in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

The role requires state licensure with CCC, CPR within 30 days if needed, and a Master’s degree is preferred (Bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state, including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
