Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment when necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
