Community Partners NH seeks an Early Supports and Services Speech Language Pathologist to work with families in homes or in the community, serving children aged 0 to 3 years. You will be part of our evaluation team, providing services, resources, and coaching to families to support development.

An Early Supports and Services Speech Language Pathologist is a member of our evaluation team that provides services, resources, and coaching for families in their homes or in the community. Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team supports a family’s capacity to enhance growth and development for their child aged 0 to 3 years.
Willing to consider a contracted provider.
You have a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. You enjoy working with children one-on-one and in a community setting.
