Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-2 students in the Nashua, NH area on a full-time contract from August 2026 through June 2027. You will provide evidence-based speech-language therapy onsite, aligned with IEPs, and collaborate with a team of RBTs and paraprofessionals in small classrooms.

The ideal candidate holds an NH SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred. Experience in schools or with early elementary students, with AAC and autism supports, is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Active NH Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
  • CCC-SLP is preferred for this school-based role.
  • Experience supporting early elementary students or in schools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to K-2 students according to IEPs.
  • Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, RBTs, and paraprofessionals.
  • Support AAC device use and teach essential communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication with families.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Job description

Make a real difference as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting young learners! This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering you the chance to work onsite with K-2 students in a dynamic educational environment near Nashua, NH. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of RBTs and paraprofessionals in classrooms that typically serve 10 or fewer students, many with Autism and requiring AAC devices.

Qualifications:

  • Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in schools or with early elementary students is highly valued
  • Skill in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and AAC systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teaching staff, RBTs, and paraprofessionals
