Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Colorado state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Ability to work in clinic and community settings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language and cognitive‑communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients with traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and progress.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions.
• Travel locally as needed to support patient care and community‑based services.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Speech‑Language Pathology license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
• Experience working with neurological, cognitive, concussion, or TBI populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable working in both clinic and community‑based settings
