Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Northwood, IA team, delivering one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living settings. You’ll manage your own treatment schedule and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Additionally, telehealth may be incorporated to extend access and flexibility, and you will document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology services to older adults in homes and senior living settings.
• Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document in FOX EMR according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists).
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
