Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Speech Language Pathology services in Northwood, IA, and nearby areas, seeking licensed SLPs to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities.

You will conduct therapy, document in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient independence and quality of life, with optional telehealth to increase access.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with your state license or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program (MS/CLS).
• Proficiency with basic computer and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
