Rome’s historical markers document the city’s rich heritage. The city has developed as a regional center for medical care and education, with private schools, higher education institutions like Berry College and Shorter University, and technical colleges such as Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Georgia Highlands College. It is the largest city near the geographic center of the triangle formed by Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, and Chattanooga, TN.

The role you’ll contribute:

To evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized, age-appropriate patient care in Speech Therapy.

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology evaluation, treatment, discharge planning, education, and preventative rehabilitative care. Services are delivered across outpatient settings, focusing on restoring or improving function, reducing dependencies, and preventing injuries. Compliance with regulatory standards is required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current licensure in the state of Georgia in the respective discipline.
