Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Norton College in Worcester. You will deliver bespoke assessments and interventions to pupils with diverse needs, working closely with the education team and safeguarding in mind.

The role requires HCPC registration and RCSLT membership, with a supportive supervision structure and opportunities for staff training. The position is permanent, with term-time flexibility considered where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience with diverse communication profiles and trauma-informed practice is desirable.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary setting and engage with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Manage a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervisory support.
• Collaborate with education team and contribute to staff training.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and adhere to professional standards.
