Job summary

OFG Education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join Manor House School in West Sussex. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions to students who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.

Working within OFG's clinical team, you will hold a caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training while adhering to RCSLT standards. A full driving license and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required and RCSLT registered if applicable.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with individuals with complex communication profiles and trauma-informed practice.
• Willingness to develop knowledge across SaLT practice areas and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions for students.
• Hold a SLT caseload with clinical supervision and site lead support.
• Work within OFG SLT Ways of Working and Education team guidelines.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Support safeguarding and student-centred outcomes across settings.
