Job summary

OFG Education invites applications for a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Bankside College, Worcester. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to students with diverse needs, collaborating with education staff to support independence and wellbeing.

The role requires a BSc in SLT, HCPC and RCSLT registration, and experience with multidisciplinary teams. A £2000 CPD allowance is provided to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy degree required.
• HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma informed practice.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings.
• Experience working with families/relatives and carers.
• Interest in developing further SaLT knowledge and skills.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with SaLT assessment tools and intervention planning.
• Awareness of relevant legislation affecting clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to students.
• Hold a caseload with clinical supervision and lead clinician support.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Work within the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
• Collaborate with education teams to support student independence.
