Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive challenges across ages. You will craft individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a collaborative care setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with current state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
