Job summary

Birchwood Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for part-time and PRN shifts in Sarasota, FL. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, documentation, and educating families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions
