Job summary

Westgrove is seeking a Clinical Fellow to join our team providing compassionate, home-based speech-language therapy. You will support children and adults with disabilities, under the supervision of a licensed SLP, and gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.

You will be starting toward licensure, with mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, client-centered setting in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Currently completing or recently completed a Clinical Fellowship (CF) year.
• Eligible for licensure in the state.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Work with children and adults with disabilities, promoting communication skills and development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to optimize care.
