Job summary

Westgrove in Michigan is seeking a Clinical Fellow to begin the path toward licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time or part-time role provides compassionate, hands-on therapy to children and adults with disabilities under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

You will gain mentorship, work with a supportive team, and develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in team meetings to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Currently completing or recently completed a Clinical Fellowship (CF) year.
• Eligible for or currently in the process of obtaining state SLP licensure.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients
• Work with children and adults with disabilities, promoting their communication skills and overall development
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment goals
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to optimize care
