Job summary

Intuitive Kids Therapy is a mobile pediatric speech therapy practice across Orange County, seeking licensed SLPA candidates in Mission Viejo and nearby areas. You will provide therapy to children, follow plans created by supervising SLPs, and travel to homes, schools and daycares.

Two availability levels are offered: part time and building toward full time with benefits once fully established. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, with competitive hourly pay and drive-time compensation.

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA license (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver license (required).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children ages 2 to 18.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs.
• Deliver services across home, school, and daycare settings.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families.
• Collaborate with your supervising SLP and the broader clinical team.

Intuitive Kids Therapy is a growing pediatric speech therapy practice serving children across homes, schools, and daycares in Orange County. We are hiring licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistants for South Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and Irvine. This is a mobile role, so you work close to where you live.

What sets us apart:

we pay for your drive time between client sessions at $20 per hour, on top of mileage reimbursement. Most mobile practices do not compensate travel time. We believe your time on the road is time working. Demand is strong and growing, so we can keep your schedule as full as you would like.

We welcome candidates at two availability levels:

Building toward full time:

You are available up to 40 hours per week and want to grow into a full time role. We fill your schedule with clients as they become available in your area, with the goal of bringing you to full time. Once you reach and maintain a full time caseload, you become eligible for our full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Part time:

You have set hours available each week and want to fill that time with meaningful work. We match your availability with clients and makeup sessions as schedules align.

What You Will Do:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay for direct therapy of $32 to $40 per hour, based on experience
• Paid drive time between client sessions at $20 per hour
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Path to full time, with health, dental, and vision insurance once full time status is reached and maintained
