Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in a vibrant school community near Moreno Valley, California. In this contract position, you will work closely with licensed SLPs, delivering essential speech and language services to children and adolescents with communication needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS from an SLPA program.
• Active, current SLPA license or certification.
• Excellent communication skills for high‑stress or crisis situations.
• Willingness to work onsite at school locations with travel between buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students per IEPs.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Attend meetings as a valued member of the educational team.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and engage in professional development activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
• Active, current SLPA license or certification
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - especially in high‑stress or crisis situations
• Willingness to work onsite at one or multiple school locations; ability to travel between buildings during the school day as needed
• Commitment to following each student's IEP and collaborating closely with school staff, parents, and supervisors
