Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a bilingual Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Katy, TX clinic on a part-time basis. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish to serve pediatric patients and collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team.

The role involves implementing plans of care, managing a pediatric caseload, and maintaining timely documentation using our EMR system. A sign-on/relocation bonus is offered.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program approved per ASHA guidelines.
  • Active SLPA License in Texas.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA.
  • Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching.
  • Experience in a clinic/private practice/teletherapy setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement an individual's plan of care.
  • Maintain a pediatric caseload.
  • Complete daily documentation in EMR.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress.
  • Complete clinical notes in a timely manner using the EMR platform.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Job Description

All Care Therapies iscurrently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-A) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic part/full time in Katy, TX ! We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Responsibilities

  • Implement an individual's plan of care
  • Maintain a caseload of pediatric population
  • Keep appropriate and daily documentation
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress
  • Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
  • Active SLPA License in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
  • Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
  • Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
  • Experience writingSOAP Notes
  • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
  • Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+)
  • Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish is a must.
  • Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred
  • Current CPR certification
