Job summary

Maxima is seeking an SLPA to deliver 1-on-1 pediatric therapy in homes and daycare settings across the Bay Area, supporting young children (ages 0-3). Flexible scheduling allows building hours toward full-time status, with reimbursement for drive time and materials.

The role requires maintaining CEU/licensure, a valid driver’s license, immunization records, TB/ CPR as needed, and preferred multilingual capabilities. Prior pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Multilingual speaking/reading/writing skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Schedule & Hours

• Highly flexible schedule with the opportunity to build up to your desired hours and full time status over time.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 treatment in client homes or daycare settings
• Provide parent education and support
• Collaborate with team members
• Document and submit session summary notes as required

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain CEU and licensure requirements
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Proof of immunization records and current, negative TB test and/or CPR certification may be required
• Multilingual speaking/reading/writing skills are a PLUS
• Previous pediatric experience preferred
