Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Cypress, TX is seeking an experienced pediatric SLPA to join our in-person clinic team. We offer flexible hours (Mon-Fri or Mon-Thu 8am-7pm) and multiple engagement options including contractor and W-2 arrangements.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year pediatric SLPA experience, a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders, and Texas SLPA licensure. We value adaptability, growth, and dedication to patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a pediatric SLPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders and Texas SLPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based SLPA therapy sessions as prescribed.
• Assist in adapting goals to meet each child’s communication needs.

REQUIRED: 1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA

Preferred but not required: Bilingual Spanish & English.

LOCATION: 16341 Mueschke Rd. Cypress, TX 77433 (All services provided in person at the clinic)

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders AND Texas license as a speech therapy assistant (see requirements below)

Hours to work: Flexible Hours Monday-Friday or could do 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm if preferred.

3 ways you can join our team:

Contractor/1099 rates:$17/30 minute visit ($34/hour) and shift differential 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday or all day Saturday/Sunday increases to $27/30 minute visit ($54/hour)

2. Pay per visit/W-2:Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.

Bilingual SLPA: $20-$25/session

3. Guaranteed Hourly/W-2:Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week. Rates range from $22-$25/hour based on years of experience

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships)
• Texas State license in Speech Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
