Cole Pediatric Therapy in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CF to CCC) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The role offers a competitive salary, multiple compensation options, and a supportive environment focused on patient success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (can be during student internships or as a CF).
• Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Compensation Options for Contract, Part-time, or Fulltime:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

• SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

Hours/Schedule:Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)
