Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for our Cypress, TX clinic. This full-time role involves in-person care at our Cypress location and offers flexible scheduling options.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy plans, assist pediatric clients in improving communication, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders is required.
• Texas license as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $54.00 Hourly

REQUIRED: 1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA

Preferred but not required: Bilingual Spanish & English.

LOCATION: 16341 Mueschke Rd. Cypress, TX 77433 (All services provided in person at the clinic)

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders AND Texas license as a speech therapy assistant (see requirements below)

Hours to work:

Flexible Hours Monday-Friday or could do 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm if preferred.

3 ways you can join our team:

1. Contractor/1099 rates:$17/30 minute visit ($34/hour) and shift differential 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday or all day Saturday/Sunday increases to $27/30 minute visit ($54/hour)

2. Pay per visit/W-2:Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.

SLPA: $15-$25 session - depending on your years of experience and if you are Bilingual in Spanish & English

3. Guaranteed Hourly/W-2:Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.Rates range from $22-$25/hour based on years of experience

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships)
• Texas State license in Speech Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
• Passion for changing the lives of others
