Job summary

Bucks IU is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed SLPs in delivering speech-language pathology services across elementary, middle, and high schools. The SLPA will implement components of treatment plans and collaborate with assigned SLPs to manage caseloads.

The role emphasizes following documented treatment plans, documenting progress in a web-based system, and assisting with screenings and clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Supervised field experience with observation of therapy.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students per treatment plans.
• Document attendance, performance, and data in the web-based system.
• Assist with records and graphs and clerical duties as assigned by the SLP.
• Assist with speech-language screenings.
