Job summary

Carolina School Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Wake Forest, working across clinic and ABA centers. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates.

You'll collaborate with our SLPs to implement evidence-based interventions, document progress accurately, educate families, and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology. Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience with pediatric populations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies and patient care practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored treatment plans with the SLP team addressing patient needs.
