Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist in Roseburg, OR. You’ll deliver patient-centered assessment and therapy for speech and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying evidence-based practice and supporting patients across the continuum of care, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY and CCC from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.

• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
