Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active license in the state required.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complies with facility policies for documenting, billing and coding for speech language pathology and audiology services.
• Provides resident information for assessments and monitoring of swallowing, speech, hearing, cognition, and related metrics.
• Gathers prior functioning data for functional cognition as required for Medicare residents upon admission.
