Ayden Healthcare Waterville/Wauseon is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Waterville team. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to promote carryover of skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Conduct speech and language therapy sessions (individual and group)
• Monitor and report patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote carryover of skills
