Job summary

Ayden Healthcare Waterville invites a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Waterville/Wauseon team. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders within a compassionate, multidisciplinary care environment.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions (individual and group as needed), monitoring progress, and educating patients and families to promote carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct speech and language therapy sessions (individual and group).
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families to promote carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, OTs, and PTs for comprehensive care.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote carryover and maintenance of skills learned during therapy
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
