Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist at our Rogersville, Tennessee location to join Signature Rehab’s team. You will work within an integrated care model to help residents recover and return to daily activities with expert therapy and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where services are rendered.
• Certification by ASHA (CCC) or equivalent Clinical Competence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure residents make a full recovery.
• Help residents return to activities they enjoy in a timely manner.
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing assessments and therapy as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
