Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is actively recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Signature Rehab, providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services to residents and patients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional communication in a skilled nursing and outpatient setting.

The role requires a master’s degree in SLP, a valid Kentucky license, and ASHA Clinical Competence Certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state where services are rendered (Kentucky).
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to support resident recovery.
• Deliver outpatient and in-house therapy services as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
