Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Portland Rehab & Wellness Center team in Portland, TN. As part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, you will assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, helping them return to everyday activities.

You will collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to develop personalized care plans and support family education, while maintaining compliance with state licensure and ASHA CCC

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• Current licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents and patients.
• Collaborate with other clinical caregivers to support recovery and return to daily activities.
• Support families with education and participate in care planning.
