Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver a full range of services including assessment, planning, and therapy in an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include evaluating disorders, creating therapy plans, and educating patients and families, while maintaining compliant documentation.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and CPR certification; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state SLP licensure is required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.
• CPR certification current and valid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
