Job summary

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient communication and swallowing function through SLP services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Rehabilitation on departmental activities.
• Ensure patient-centered interactions with patients, interdisciplinary team members, and facility staff.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs where applicable and provide clinical supervision.
