Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Bradenton is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team on a PRN/per diem basis in Manatee County, FL. The role focuses on delivering high-quality speech-language therapy to clients in their homes.

You will assess communication needs, set functional goals, educate families, and collaborate with a supportive, flexible team that values autonomy and compassionate care. Active Florida license required; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• 1+ year of SLP experience; home health experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, vehicle insurance and clean MVR.

What You Bring:
