Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team on a PRN/per diem basis in Citrus County, Florida. This role focuses on delivering in-home speech therapy, maximizing communication and independence for patients, and educating families to support functional goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active Florida SLP license, a valid Florida driver’s license with adequate insurance, and at least 1

• Active SLP license in Florida.
• 1+ years of experience as an SLP; Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
