The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric patients in home care settings. You will conduct patient assessments, utilize telehealth, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to achieve measurable communication improvements.

The Lakes Home Care is looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to make the initial diagnose, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Patient populations may include neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
