Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Florida. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric populations.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, coordinating with healthcare professionals, educators and families, and maintaining progress notes.

Qualifications

• Experience with patients of different age groups.
• Knowledge of IEPs and related processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech pathology.
• Ability to work in critical care environments.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques.
• Strong case management skills.
