The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

You will diagnose, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric populations in home-based care. Key duties include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy, collaborating with healthcare professionals and families, and maintaining detailed progress records.
