Job summary

St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will work within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that supports collaboration and professional growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to diverse patient populations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for certification is required.
• Current Vermont state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and cognitive impairments.
• Provide therapy sessions to patients using evidence-based practices and cutting-edge techniques.

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current licensure in the state of Vermont
