Job summary

Providence Health and Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The role is full-time (1.0 FTE), day shift, 40 hours per week, with a $5,000 hiring bonus for external hires.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with physicians and family, and participate in direct patient care in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services with physicians and care teams.
• Assist in direct patient care and collaborate to provide comprehensive care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $46.81 - $72.66

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
