Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Sparta, WI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a variety of speech therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

The role is Full-Time (30-40 hours/week) with a split assignment at a second SNF in Tomah, WI, requiring travel time between sites. Licensure and SLP-CCC are required; PRN also available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• SLP-CCC required.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for the state of employment.
