Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a pediatric, school-based role in Durham, NC. The position runs Monday to Friday, about 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, serving K-8 students with a limited preschool population.

You will deliver language and articulation therapies, follow individualized plans, and collaborate with educators and families to promote skill carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply and mentorship is available.

Qualifications

  • Current or eligible SLP/SLPA certification/licensure in North Carolina.
  • Strong interest in pediatric and school-aged populations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and clinical staff.
  • New graduate SLPAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-Time

Setting: School-Based / Pediatric

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
