Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and treatment team.

Responsibilities
