Qualifications

• Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist licensed to practice in the state.
• Experience treating speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation.
• Provide professional treatment for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in care planning and utilization review meetings.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Ensure delivery of quality rehab services and maintain compliance with the Compliance Program.
