Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will provide patient care in a SNF setting, collaborating with the treatment team and families while using standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations to monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
