Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary staff to create responsive, individualized treatment plans in a supportive, in-house therapy environment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program, licensed in the state where you work, and has 1 year of rehab SNF experience. This is not a CFY position; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state where you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to design responsive, individualized treatment plans for patients and their families.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support and progressive treatment modalities.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
