Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Weldon, NC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team in a SNF setting. In-house therapy with local management support.

Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state where you work; 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred. This is not a CFY position.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state where you will work and hold a valid license as an SLP.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred; CFY considered not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehab services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing diverse diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy with support from local management and progressive modalities.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
