Job Requirements

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
2. Certificate/License: Licensed in the state of the SNF where you will work. Must have 3 C's.
3. Experience: Prior rehab SNF experience preferred; 1-year experience preferred. This is not a CFY position.
